Just as importantly, our team conducts industry-leading research and development for network technologies as well as the applications that take advantage of connectivity.

Project This position is responsible for defining, developing and delivering an enhanced mobility data network infrastructure to support exciting new data services such as Session Based Pricing and Pre-paid Data Services. This candidate will engage and lead Architecture, Engineering, IT and Operations resources to develop and execute both business & technical implementation strategies that ensure successful solution delivery using Product Realization Process guidelines.

Specific responsibilities include: developing product requirements, validating technical design against the business need, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying and mitigating risks across all aspects of the project, and driving implementation and launch of new products/services.

Requirements 5 years experience in product / program management and product development. Experience implementing and documenting new products/services, ideally in the mobility network space. Knowledge of GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA wireless network and packet data core systems. Must be able to work professional with other AT&T teams and external vendors. Outstanding interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and organizational skills. Self-motivation, self-management.

Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; MBA and/or PMP Certification a strong plus. CPF/3D, TNRP, PAT, and PMATT experience beneficial. Familiarity with GSM mobile device standards and 3GPP standards desired but not required. Classification
