Retail Account Executive Raleigh NC
Position Description
Position is responsible for achieving sales goals in indirect channels staffed by sales professionals through direct observation, training, and competitive intelligence gathering and analysis. Provide support to agent (resellers) of AT&T product. Responsible for a account based territory- contributing to overall increase in gross activations Provide on-going training: including roll-out of new promotions, policies and procedures. Ensure all locations are receiving proper amts. of collateral to display AT&T's current rate plans, coverage and promotions. Training is huge focus. Available to agents and sales personnel to provide info, support and assist in the sales process when necessary. Must meet and exceed monthly sales objectives. Focus on increasing revenue potential by selling voice features and access revenue per unit through assigned accounts. This position serves as a liaison between the Agent and AT&T; and requires a broad base of knowledge of the organization’s services, products and procedures. It requires extensive travel within the market and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Schedule may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Position Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Need individual with great communication skills and good organization skills.
