Senior Online Marketing Manager
Position Description
The ideal candidates would have direct experience with consumer web facing technology, experience with the software development lifecycle, project or program management, and the ability to work effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
This position involves managing other web marketing manager, and prior leadership experience is strongly desired.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the servicing web product roadmap by working closely with business stakeholders which includes Customer Care, Online Sales, and Marketing
* Provide the online vision to a Requirements Team and approve the comprehensive Online Business Requirements
* Identify online scope and feature priorities to successfully meet the goals of the business
* Do competitive analysis with a focus on the service and telecommunications landscape
* Work closely with Development teams to ensure the product and platform architecture is aligned with the product roadmap
* Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Care, sales, marketing, development, QA and UI design teams to drive product definition and successfully execute on the web product roadmap
* Evangelize the online service product across internal and external stakeholder groups
• Coordinate with our Technical and Operations teams to ensure customer care meets agreed to performance objectives
Position Qualifications
Direct experience with consumer web facing technology Experience with the software development lifecycle
Project or program management
Customer Service experience
Wireless, entertainment, or telecommunications experience
